Your brother is completely out of line in goading you. There are many of us here who have been a victim of the stigma of mental illness. It's really hard to deal with such people. And stigma and intolerance and inequality are all around us.
Would it be possible for your brother to go with you to a psychiatrist or therapist who could help your brother understand that it's very real?
It seems to me that your brother should find a new place to live. You're in a toxic environment as long as he's with you, and he's setting you up for some prison time. Can the two of you split up?
