Looking for MPN patients in NYC interested in meeting in person to talk about symptom control, psychological issues, friend and family concerns, physician and hospital issues, support at ER, physician visits, trading info. Let’s join forces and be there for one another!

Hi @eyewoman. Welcome to Mayo Clinic Connect. While we’re not an ‘in person’ support group we’re certainly the next best thing! ☺️
As one of the mentors for our Blood Cancer and Disorders Support group, I think you’ll find a very welcoming community of other members who also have some ‘flavor’ of an MPN (myeloproliferative neoplasm).
If you type MPN into the upper search bar, there is quite an array of conversations with the general heading of MPN. However, it can also be helpful if you’d like to speak with other members with the particular diagnosis of the disease whether it’s ET (essential thrombocythemia, PV (polycythemia vera) or MF (myelofibrosis), the three main variations.
