@2me I agree; it's brain fog and disorientation in caregivers. It's hard every day to continually be hit with so many interruptions, that yes, are urgent to them, along with just daily living, and now you mix in the full-time caregiving where you're trying to be one step ahead of them, while running the household, paying the bills, and trying to make sure that what he's doing on his PC and phone, doesn't create another hack in. That's alot. With no break. And no clear line of sight of any break. Add that to living in a rental and out of boxes/storage for the last year. Wow, yesterday was a tough day for me. Why I'm back on this site this morning, to get some relief and start all over again.
Best, Karla

@kjc48 Hoping today is better for you, Karla.

@kjc48 Dear Karla, you’re always here, helping others! Thanks for that.
Yes, in addition to what many are facing, you have had the added stress of living in a rental, dealing with mold and contractors, living out of boxes, etc. I find I can handle 2 “events” (appointments or whatever) per day and that’s it, on top of handling “life” for two by myself. Like you, not trying to whine, but I so appreciate the love and support from you and others here…so whining once in awhile is OK, I think. I had 2 younger sisters, both of whom have passed away, so this morning I sent a note to my kids, reminding them to stay close to each other. 💕Again, many thanks for writing back. It’s a sunny, crisp Autumn morning. I’ll pull on my big-girl pants, try to align my scattered thoughts and have a good day! You, too!
