Nonmass linear enhancement

I'm awaiting a biopsy. I have discharge, pain, and raised prolactin levels. My mri showed nonmass suspicious linear enhancement. What can this be besides cancer? I'm making myself a wreck waiting and over researching.

Hi, alijoe, sending good vibes your way! The raised prolactin level is probably causing the changes to your breast tissue. Your doctor(s) will probably look for one of the several things that can cause this. Please talk to them, I am not a doctor but my research did not show breast cancer being associated with elevated prolactin. However, your doctor is your best source of information, please message or call before you worry yourself too much. 💚.

I get the biopsy on the 24th. My insurance is refusing payment so I’m worried. Thanks for asking. I have good days and bad. It’s probably nothing
