Shingrix vaccine?
Hello my fellow sufferers,
My doctor keeps telling me to get the Shingrix vaccine, not only to prevent shingles, but also because of it's is proving to have positive effects on cognitive function.
Most people I've known said their arm was sore, both times. But I had one friend who felt out of sorts after the first vaccine and then felt completely awful for about a week after the second vaccine.
It's hard to "schedule" a time to feel worse, you know, lol?
Please let me know your thoughts/experiences. Thank you!

Just an FYI, I got both Shingles vaccine shots, and still got Shingles a few month later.

2 Reactions@kjs831 Oh, no! I'm so sorry.
@kjsyou831 so you got shingles after the vaccine?and you have had shingles before that vaccine?
@orest
I have had about 4 outbreaks of shingles off and on since 2015. Last Fall my primary care doctor told me the new Shingles Vaccine because it stops breakouts and gets rid of the nerve pain. A few months later I got Shingles
