I have abnormally low electrolytes (sodium, potassium and magnesium) with long covid so have to supplement in my water all day long. If I do not, my tinnitus gets even louder than normally. I have not found anything that ends the tinnitus.

@vostie Me either. It's a complete guessing game. You could spend a fortune trying to find answers. It's soooo frustrating that you want to pull your hair out. I even tried Lexapro to help calm me down, but it made my tinnitus worse. Tried everyday, then tried every other day. I am at my wits end as to what to do. Had an MRI that didn't indicate anything. Acupuncture didn't help either. Don't understand how hearing aids would work since my hearing isn't bad enough to try them Also have too many different sounds, daily. It changes everyday. Seems to be far worse no than it was a couple months ago. There is no pattern. I write down everyday.
