Active Duty Military Trying to be a Dual Organ Donor

Hello All,

I am trying to reach out to anyone I can that knows of someone who was on Active Duty when they became a Living Kidney Donor. I have been in the Navy for 11 years and currently am a Living Liver Donor, but am working with Mayo Clinic in Jax to donate a kidney altruistically. I am trying to find others who donated while on active duty that can help with the military process of all of this. Please respond here if anyone knows of anyone that can help.

@joshuadblaine, Have you contacted the social worker in the transplant department? I've always found that the social worker to be a wealth of resources.
