Anyone actually feel better on any of these drugs?

I am normally pretty medication adverse, taking only what is absolutely necessary. I am especially fearful of the osteoporosis drugs that seem to have an equal number of benefits v/s risks, and the long-term if not life-time use is unappealing. Has anyone actually felt better with any of these drugs? Thanks in advance

@gravity3 Perhaps dvargo is referring to bisphosphonates, such as Fosamax, where there are many complaints of unusual femur fractures and osteonecrosis (I worked with someone who lost her teeth from Fosamax use, and her friend experienced a femur fracture).

I'm sorry that you have had these breaks.
Is reclast the first and/or only op drug you have used? Are you working with an endocrinologist who is experienced and trained in the treatment of op?
