Anyone had the latest injection ARTHOSAMID for Osteoarthritis

I had a Course of PRP ..all 3 injections in 2024...my knee is ok now...no pain till date. I had a meniscus tear. In saying that, I also did/do regular exercise and took and still take fish oil and collagen everyday
I now have arthritis in my Lumbar spine and am researching if similar/BETTER injections will work for my back. Arthosamid is not available in Australia. Will keep all posted when/if I do them. I have to see a neurosurgeon surgeon first. I paid AUD $500 an injection in 2023..in Australia. I am now 77 years old.

@beckychambers hi, I just had my injection in one knee as a test to see if I should go back and do the other. I did this a week ago on 8/28/26 It is certainly less painful. My injection was $5,000 U.S.
Did your knee get progressively better as time went on?

@judaline Try to see another knee surgeon for a 2nd opinion. Had my knee arthroscopic work done in November of 2025. Still am not 100% and finally found a good therapist. In my case, we envision that the surgeon cut away too much of the meniscus, now exposing sensitive tissue. Eventually, full arthritis will be here. In my case, once I think I'm back to normal, I over-exercise and hurt things more. I agree, be careful on the decision to meniscus surgery.

I am 77 years old and looking for any advice to relieve back spine pain "severe facet multilevel degenerative changes throughout the lumbar spine with both central canal and foraminal narrowing".
Anyone taken any injections (beside Steroids and RFS injections) and physical therapy exercises to relieve sporadic back pain.
