I have been taking amitriptylin for many years now helps with the pain

The drug amitriptylin really helps with the pain of neuropathy, I have been taking it for over 15 years now for headaches and when I developed neuropathy about 7 years ago it helped with the pain. It will not help with balance which I have bad balance in my feet and legs.

Hi Andy - hope you are still around on this site! I'm curious as to what doseage of LDN you're taking. I'm at 2.5mg and it's helping somewhat with the sharp stabbing pain. I plan to go up to 3.5mg in another 30 days.
