Hi Andy - hope you are still around on this site! I'm curious as to what doseage of LDN you're taking. I'm at 2.5mg and it's helping somewhat with the sharp stabbing pain. I plan to go up to 3.5mg in another 30 days.

@brennankb55 I take 25 mg amitriptyline every night before bed and is helps with pain and I sleep very well. I started taking it about 15 years ago to help with headaches and when I got the terrible neuropathy about 8 years ago my doctor said that I was lucky that I had been taking it before because it is one of the things that help. Of course it does not help with my balance. Good luck to you as you fight this terrible disease.
