Are you on any new medication’s?. Have you had trouble with medication’s in the past it was side effects. Listen a year ago I was suffering with hives very bad. One of the doctors recommended I take a different brand of calcium citrate Because he thought it was better. I never gave it a second thought until about 10 months at afterwards and dealing with hives the whole time. My doctor said I wish I could figure out the chemical you were using. That’s causing the hives.. I went home, checked the new calcium citrate, and the first ingredient was some kind of syrup. That syrup was Grain alcohol. I’m highly allergic to grain alcohol. I stopped it, but it still took over three months for everything to heal up.
Check ingredients of any new pills talk to your pharmacist they are your best advocate.
Read up on any new medicine and side effects that there could be..
I wish you the best

Hey, Minnesota, are you me? I agree with all of that and have had similar experiences where the meds for one thing caused something else. Sometimes it is something else in your environment, that may seem trivial, that can cause a problem. I have been unable to eat red meat for over 50 years but when my daughter decided to use beef tallow to fry her food, I started getting weird symptoms. Now I have my separate pans, silverware, knives, etc. I feel somewhat better but when your body experiences inflammation, it can take a while to turn it off - if ever.

I can totally relate. I've been on it also for over 5 years. I have zero energy. I don't go outside. Especially in the heat. I was diagnosed with Grover's Disease 4 years ago. I get really itchy at night, not from Grover's. I get hourse everyday, bright light irritates my eyes. Having more side effects from it the older I get. My Dr. said my pain would increase if I were to stop it. I take Duloxetine 60mg daily now to help with pain.
I had a colectomy with ileorectal anastomosis 6 years ago. I can't take any meds that reference diarrhea.
I also have Lynch Syndrome so I can't take any biologics. I tried a few but ended up with more skin cancers and surgeries.
I'm right there with you. Sorry to drag on.
I'd love to hear what others suggest too.

I don't have rheumatoid arthritis, but I know what you mean about the itching all day. It took me a long time to get that under control. I found it was all those laundry detergents that have all those chemicals in them now. I have had to stop using all scented products, Especially in my laundry. MY skin needs to be able to breath and if it is always covered in the chemicals from laundry detergent or dryer sheets or lotions or anything that has man made chemicals in them the toxic ones all of them are toxic and so is essential oils. my skin was covered in them I would have them in my cloths so my skin couldn't breath I had them in my sheets towels wash cloths so my skin never got a change to breath, I had to stop using them I now do my laundry in soda borax and rinse in vinegar. Good luck it took me a long time to figure out that I have a problem with anything that is on the market today. I have totally gone Free and Clear not even unscented because unscented means they added one more chemical to take out the smell on top of the ones already in it.
