It is nice to be concerned about your niece's travel destinations. When I traveled to China for work years ago, I got a few vaccines; I do not remember all of them, but I did get Hepatitis vaccines. It is better to be safe than sorry.
Maybe other members who recently traveled to ASIA will have recommendations.

Has she reviewed her current vaccines with her provider?
