Is this ORS, or is it some other condition?

I used to smell my foot odor when sweating, but after using foot antiperspirant, neither my family nor I can detect it anymore. However, people around me at school still notice the smell even when I’m wearing shoes, while I can’t smell it at all. Classmates often complain about bad odors in the classroom, and teachers ask to open windows, saying things like “Who didn’t wash their feet?” My friends also mention unpleasant smells, though they never directly point it comes from me.

Sometimes I can catch the scent briefly, but it’s very inconsistent. It suddenly appears in closed classrooms or when there’s airflow, then fades away. The smell varies: foot odor, ammonia, gasoline, plastic, chemicals, and even a sweet scent.

I’ve had OCD for years with smell-related intrusive thoughts before this issue started. I keep wondering if the odor is real, if my sense of smell has changed, or if my OCD has made me overly fixated on smells. My family and doctors can’t smell anything, so I’ve been prescribed sertraline and tandospirone. This has troubled me since junior high through high school, and strangers on public transport also react to the smell, so I’m sure it’s not bullying. Has anyone had a similar experience?
