Spinal compression fracture: What helps with the pain?
I've been living with an compression fracture nearly five years, I have had numerous injections in the back from 3 different pain clinics including Mayo Clinic. Is anyone else living with this pain? Nothing has helped. I take Tramadol once a day, does not help much, if I take more I feel nauseous and can't eat. Has anyone found something to help with pain?

@kathleenef I would definitely check into Kyphoplasty, but done by someone who’s a spine specialist and not one of the many clinics popping up advertising that procedure.
@sadtonight123
Is kyphoplasty basically for the lower spine?
@sue417 I believe it can be done on any portion…mine was T11 and L1
@sue417 Actually I believe it’s done on mid(T1-T12) and lumbar(L1-L5)
Sorry
