UTI and Klebsiella pneumoniae bacteria

a urine culture diagnosed Klebsiella pneumoniae - did you develop this infection after having gotten an iv infusion? How was the infection treated? There are various ways you can contract this infection, one is
in a health care setting. This is now my second UTI within a month, the first one showed a different infection. Again I was prescribed Cipro for now.

I contacted this a second time, the first time nothing was sensitive, 6 months later here I am with Klebsiella pneumonia again.
I have been on an IV antibiotic called Ertapenem, all the other drugs didn't work I kept getting it back 2 days after I finished the antibiotics.
