@dsclancy Hi and Welcome I'm also a fellow Arizonian and live in Florence which is 1.5 hours away. I too received my Heart at Mayo Phoenix but I was inpatient at the time. I was pretty sick and the treatment that was working on my old heart lasted about 10 years . I also have a local cardiologist for emergencies and get most of my labs at a local lab Sonora Quest . I'm now 7 years out and go up there for my heart and any heart related tests other than a EKG or minor tests.
