Ckd 3b: Looking for advice

My wife was diagnosed of stage 3b ckd pls any fear to entertain? What can she do to improve the readings? The doc said she should do water therapy for 2 weeks then we re run the test any hope after?

Not sure what you mean by water therapy. But you do need to listen to your doctor. Also I agree with a rechecking of blood work. It can make a difference.

Did your wife's doctor explain what he means by "water therapy"? How have her bloodwork numbers been in the past? Was there anything to show a trend downwards in her kidney function? That is very important to look at, in determining her situation.

Take processed food out of diet. 4at berries avoid melons.
I follow the mediterranean diet
I saw a Nutritionist and she gave me lists of protein potassium and phosphorus foods that are good and bad. I infuse my water with fresh fruit start now don't wait until oy gets worse. Prayers

Talk to your Dr.
Usually they want you to watch sodium, calcium, phosphorus and potassium. Some of my favorite fruits and veggies have generous amts of potassium in them, like cantaloupe..
