I was surprised to learn this recently as well and that it seems to have occurred while using foods from Mayo Clinic to control my cholesterol that has been helpful. I take calcium, Vitamin D3 and recently started MK4 to address osteoporosis concerns. Would appreciate any further information/guidance on this issue.
Thank you.

@osteoprob48

Are you asking for osteoporosis feedback or the cholesterol?

@osteoprob48 , protein is necessary for bone formation. Take any calcium supplements 2 hours apart from magnesium supplements and learn about other vitamin/mineral interactions if you take some. And exercise, exercise, exercise. Read the Liftmor research study if you haven't already. Adequate Protein is necessary for bone formation.
K-2 supplements, 5 prunes a day.
