At Mayo Clinic, do pathologists always check IDC, report it if found?

I got back biopsy report show "large cribriform" but not others, like IDC (Intraductal carcinoma of the prostate (IDC-P)). Since "large cribriform" has strong connection with IDC, I am wondering if the IDC is not omitted in the report or not checked at all at Mayo.

Anyone has knowledge on this?

I think some of you are misunderstanding @copyman 's comment where he wrote "When I asked the "chief" pathologist at Univ of Penn who did 2nd opinion of my biopsy slides about cribriform on original report this was her reply: In summary, the presence of cribriform pattern is documented in all cancers that have pattern 4."

The doctor was not saying that all pattern 4 cancers show cribriform pattern, which would quite obviously be untrue. She was saying that if pattern 4 or higher is identified AND they see cribriform pattern, then it is required to be documented.
