@sherrym25 Thanks, Sherry. Your kindness is so appreciated, not just by me, but by others here. I just wanted to say thank you. I am glad you are doing well and making progress with your scar tissue. It’s kind of magic when the tightness lets go and your body can relax again. You are right about waiting until healed because this scar tissue needs to do its job in healing before working on modifying the side effects.
