experiences with Lupron or orgovix ?

I have have stage 4 metastis prostate cancer ( 3 years now ) was on lopron doctor wants to chane me to orgovix. What is difference? 75 years old

TRT started after 14 months but I believe it should have been started as early as 4 months after radiation and Lupron stopped.
