Is there a solution to vision loss due to dry eyes?

I have very dry eyes as well. I use a lot of eye drops and ointment. There are number of brands out there that might work for you. You’ll have to check if you’re not using eye
I use eye mask at night and that has been wonderful and it has helped me greatly over the years
The brand I use is EyeEco.
It is on Amazon can you can Google the company? The price is the same from the company and from Amazon I have used them for over 20 years. I replaced them every few years

@minnesota10 I appreciate the Eye Eco mask recommendation. I will probably purchase this.
I've been using the Optase Eye Mask and Eye Serenity Steam masks available on Amazon, but the relief is very short term. This one sounds like it might be better.
