@gravity3 I had l4l5 fusion year ago. Have osteopenia diagnosed then did 1 year evenity. Then surgery at mayo clinic, then had to go on fosamax scared to death to be on this. If my hip or leg breaks I'll fk up my back and then I'll be up shift creek. I hate every dam option I have to strengthen my bones 2 bad knees can't exercise like I want. I got my surgeon to prescribe me an External bone stimulator Orthofix it Velcro around u don't feel it ITS GREAT. CALL ORTHOFIX THERE ONLINE. YOU CAN BUY OUTRUGHT ACCORDING TO SLIDING SCALE IF INS WONT PAY. LASTS A YEAR BATTERY CHARGING. WORTH EVERY PENNY.
