Similar journey. I'm also grateful for having Tagrisso target therapy ( same S/E) I'm always curious what comes after Tagrisso treatment. I feel very comforted being on target therapy that is fairly well tolerated. It's been a year for me and I'm feeling very close to my normal self. I've been through RLL surgery, chemo for 8 cycles every 21 days and now on Target therapy. I'm so grateful everyday for the present . Wishing everyone with same journey the best and believe God is good.

Hi @lala56, Asking 'what's next', after a treatment no longer works is normal, and can be helpful. Having an idea of what I would do next helps me get through scans. I take a different targeted therapy for ALK positive lung cancer, stage IV. I too know that my cancer will eventually develop resistance. Thankfully, there are therapies being approved now that didn't exist when I was first diagnosed. We need the advancements in treatments to stay ahead of our needs. Fingers-crossed! Have you asked your oncologist what to expect as a next treatment?
