Anyone try Onero Online?
I am thinking of paying $5/mo for Onero Online. Has anyone had success using it?

@oopsiedaisy Hi everyone. I have been doing the ONERO program since mid January. It is evidence based to build bone. In the past, someone with osteoporosis would be told not to bend, and definitely not to lift anything heavy. What the Lift Moor study found was that ,in order to increase bone density, bone has to be stimulated with force. The ONERO program is basically circuit training in order to stimulate bone to make more bone. You learn to hinge - to bend at your hips, keeping your back straight. You never want to bend at the waist and round your back which stresses the spine. You should only consider the program with a licensed PT trained in ONERO. They will teach you the correct way of lifting so you don’t hurt yourself, and supervise you during the classes. There is an initial intake appointment where you are evaluated, and a starting point for weight is determined. Every individual is different and will progress at their own pace. It’s not a race, and no one forces you to increase. You know when it’s time. The class takes approximately 45 min. We start with deadlifts- 5sets of 5 reps with a minute or so rest between each set. Next are shoulder presses- 5 sets of 5 reps. Then we do core training- heal drops, balance, dead bugs etc. Finally we end with squats 5 sets of 5 reps. I can honestly say that everyone really does feel stronger! I’m going to self pay for a DEXA next month and see if there is improvement. I don’t really see how this can be done on line. Instead, I would follow Brick House Bones online. Dr Lisa Moore is an osteoporosis expert, and posts exercises on line free of charge, or you can purchase the add free program.
Wishing the best for everybody!
