Really bad chest “cold”, sore throat, low grade temperature

I have Brohnchectisis, MAC and M. abscessus complex.
The past couple of days I started to feel awful-)more coughing, excessive sneezing and very sore throat.) It’s seems to have settled in my chest and when I cough my chest hurts so bad.
I did an at home Covid test, and it was negative. I’m guessing it’s probably viral, but I just don’t know when it’s time to go to Dr.

Yes, time to call the doctor. With bronchiectasis we can go downhill quickly when we become ill. I would ask to drop off a sputum sample. Hope you feel better.
