Only get a generic of it ?
But I just heard of a friend my age (65) who was just prescribed Boniva?

There are some kidney risk issues so it is not for everyone…she’s (my friend) a pretty experienced surgical nurse who also taught nursing for the last 20 years. She said it was her choice. Her tscores are not as bad as mine so things are different for her.

Google about it. You will lose out of your gains if you do not transition to another med very soon.

@idapa I go to a Bone Specialist. I haven’t heard anything about going to a rheumatologist for osteoporosis for medication.
