I think I have one, and I have to go to the rheumatologist tomorrow, and I'm afraid he wants to increase the prednisolone again.

I think @slf202mcinfo mentioned something similar in another discussion here - https://connect.mayoclinic.org/comment/1043037/. If it were me, I would just have a good discussion with my rheumatologist and share that you ask if the tendonitis could be due to your overuse/activity.

Can you let us know what you learn from your rheumatologist appointment?
