mikejb123, Hey! Personally, I would keep a daily food diary to see when you get the flare of nausea and what
you have eaten beforehand.

Do you still have your gallbladder? Gallbladder flares include nausea and often times its from eating something
with a lot of grease or a heavy food.

I would go to your primary doctor and get his take on this.

Praying for you. Blessings....

Weather ( humidity) does it every time for me.

Happens to me too. 🫤 Either I will drink Vernor's Ginger Ale...or if I don't want a carbonated drink...I make a hot cup of black tea.. usually let it steep for about 15 minutes, then pour over ice. There are times I will also take a Dramamine when I'm feeling dizzy and nauseous. Hope you find something that helps you..take care

I too have bouts of nausea don't know what causes it. Had one last weekend. I hate it. I bought some giner ale also. I should probably start keeping a food diary.
