Linzess not working for me anymore - what do I do?

Linzess not working anymore. I tried taking in am then changed to pm.. I had to go back to Duculax 3 times a week at bedtime. How can I get Linzess to work!

Does everyone read the instructions that come with your meds. or check the manufacturer's web site? Web site and instructions on script state, "take at least 1/2 hour before your first meal of the day." It works okay for me, not always great but works. Taking at night does not seem optimum.

@venture I take it at night along with Miralax because Linzess stopped working alone. It always wakes me up with pressure at around 4 AM. I can't go unless I drink a 16-ounce bottle of water in the morning.

After Green Light PVP surgery, I had BM issues. Gastroenterologist prescribed Linzess. I started taking it 10 days ago. It worked for 9 days within 45 minutes after taking it. However, it did NOT work today.

My question: Are there any restrictions as to what fruits/vegetables should I avoid for it to continue to work?

@mmsetty Apparently, it is "idiopathic" why it stops working.

@martyd I understand miralax… I use nightly. My Dr recommendation. It works well.

Linzess did not work for me but Trulance does.
