Anyone have hazy vision and black dots after cataract surgery?

I also have both. It’s been 4 months now. I have had two laser surgeries to try and get rid of the patchy haze (doesn’t cover my entire eye) and the one black dot. The haze is better but still there. Same with the black dot.

Were your laser surgeries some kind of vitrectomy? I have read a bit about that kind of surgery. I'm glad it is some better.
