I am using Lyrica and it seems to be working good for me. I will be on Medicare next month so this new drug won't be for me if Medicare doesn't cover it. I also transition to Arizona for the winter months so that I can feel better. It works out well so I can also look after my dad who lives nearby and 90-years old (still living on his own). But, have any of you on this thread experienced increased symptoms as you got older?

@lisa87 I can honestly say I’ve gotten better! Of course I wish I didn’t have any symptoms and the energy of a 15 year old (I’m 67) but your question makes me realize that I’m doing amazing as compared to when first diagnosed and years afterwards. I’ve was diagnosed about 17 years ago. I’m off Cymbalta and gabapentin and only on LDN 6 mg, heating pad, biofreeze and occasionally ibuprofen and faith in God! Using magnesium glycinate for sleep. (Right now sleep is good but usually really bad). My energy runs out by early noon but can keep going if I have to. I’m in process of changing my diet (from bad to good) so hopefully that will also help. I know everyone is different however now that I think about it I didn’t think I would ever get to where I’m at right now. Peace, hope, love.
