I had shingles too. Twice! Once on forehead ,once on shoulder to breast. I also fractured my left shoulder.
Everything seems to be on my left side.
I also have rib cramps and pain. Strange. Left ear , left head, left throat, left shoulder, left leg ,left foot,
I don’t think it’s coincidence.

@brenda1944 omg! I had shingles twice. But in the same place. Down my rear left butt down my left leg all the way down. Ut was excruciating pain. I have never fully recovered from it. I believe i still have neuropathy from it.
