Oh my goodness, YES! It's been going on for a while, and so uncomfortable. I don't have dandruff, and it happens even after I just washed my hair, so it's not that either... I've switched up shampoo and conditioner a bizzilion times thinking I might have an allergy to one, but no relief. I've seen my doc multiple times since it started but for some reason I keep forgetting to ask her about it. I'm wondering if I should go to see a Dermatologist. If you have any breakthroughs I'd love to hear about it!

Have you tried the 1% ketoconazole shampoo? It's over the counter and not too expensive. Personally, I didn't have any luck with ketoconazole shampoos, but it's worth a try if you haven't tried it. The dermatologists I've seen seems to think seborrheic dermatitis is the only condition that causes an itchy scalp. They disappoint me to be honest. If you go to a dermatologist, keep your expectations low.
