Hey fellas, I am looking for anti-aging supplements. I came across NAD+. I am looking for anyone who has tried this supplement to hear real experiences and feedback from the community members.
Thank you

Hello @medoo, Welcome to Connect. I don't have any experience with NAD+ but did find some references that might be helpful while you wait for others to respond.

I did a search of Connect and found quite a few member comments on NAD+ if you want to scan through to learn what has been shared - https://connect.mayoclinic.org/search/comments/

Because of other conditions and medications I take, I always talk to my doctor before starting a new supplement. Have you discussed the NAD+ supplement with your doctor?

Thanks, John! I really appreciate you taking the time to gather all these resources and share them with me. I haven't talked to my doctor about NAD+ yet. I actually just came across this product:
NAD+ Supplement Jeemya
And spent some time reading through its ingredients and description, so I'm still in the learning phase before deciding whether it's something I'd want to try. Thanks again for pointing me toward those Mayo Clinic resources—they'll definitely help me do a bit more research.

Read about creatine. Some mainstream studies about supplement for seniors are convincing.

Forgot to mention CoQ10 it’s not just for statin synergy.
It is decreasing as we age. Worth looking into.

@seniormed
I’ve actually been pretty happy with the Jeemya NAD+ supplement so far. I’ve been taking it for a little over a week, and I feel like I’ve had more energy and better focus throughout the day.

Here is it: https://www.jeemya.com/products/nad-supplement-30-servings
