Since Luca or defatted two years ago my left eye feels different

Should a prism in left lens cure the feeling of instability of balance. It seems not to be working. Left eye was strange after a lacunar esfarte two years ago and a prism was suggested and fitted but zi still feel unstable in movement although can see perfectly with glasses

I know nothing about his, but I did a quick google search and have supplied the first of the hits that turned up:

It doesn't seem to mention problems with perception and how it might affect the vestibular system or other components of ambulation.
