I've just been diagnosed with Renal Artery Stenosis in my Right Kidney and hoping someone can give me input to this condition.

About 2 years ago I was diagnosis with Renal Artery Stenosis. I have my blood checked about every 3 months to monitor the issue. The problem is I had a CT done and they found a 40% blockage in my right kidney and a 60% blockage in the celiac artery. I have pain in the right upper side of my stomach, my right side, and my lower right side back. I also have pain in my groin, right leg and stay nausea a lot. I also have reoccurring UTI's. I have tender spots in my upper right side and in the center of my chest. My blood pressure is all over the place. It can be low in the morning and then spike in the evening. Or for 2 days low then start to spike. When it goes up my head will hurt along with my face turning red and burning. I never know what it is going to do. The doctors have done multiple CTA and ultrasounds and do not believe my pain is coming from the blockages even though they cannot find any other issues. They refuse to stent the blockages because of insurance and because they say that text book would say that the pain cannot be coming from these blockages. My kidney doctor said they do not know why I hurt or can't do anything else. I am at a loss and do not know what to do anymore. I hurt all the time and just want someone to fix the issues that they do know about and see if it helps but they all refuse.
