Anyone have MPN, Triple Negative ET and also SLE

Ive been diagnosed with Triple Negative ET for a few years now. I have been on Besremi for my MPN for over a year now. Everything was going well. A few hiccups along the way but nothing too dramatic. A little over a month ago I started feeling horrible. No energy, just crazy fatigued, and exhausted. I had constant pain in my muscle and joints along with a bunch of other stuff. I was finding it harder and harder to just get out of bed let alone I wasn't able to do anything. After seeing my specialists and running tests, they had discovered that I very well may have SLE. After examining me they noticed that I had molar rash. Obviously, a referral was sent into Rheumatology for me to be seen. Unfortunate they can't see me till the end of October. Things have progressively gotten worse with me, and I have contacted the Rheumatoid doctor and her nurse got back with me and told me unfortunately there is no sooner openings at the office, but they will put me on the cancellation list. My oncologists do not feel comfortable enough with prescribing me anything for the SLE and he has taken me off of my Besremi for now due to the fact it can affect autoimmune diseases. If anyone has these two diseases and/or can give me any advice how to handle the physical, mental, and emotional struggles that I am having with all of this it would be appreciated.
