I’m struggling with that currently, along with my lumbar stenosis and other spine issues. So far I’ve read that physical therapy may help.

maybe, maybe not. You will need to see a doctor for an evaluation. Had mine most of my life. hip and back surgery fixed it. but then I got older and it comes back as I need another back surgery. Mines from a scoliosis.
Get out there and exercise and you'll find out!
