@manno: I think the Citalopram prescribed by your doctor should definitely help. It may take up to two weeks to show results. Your doctor might adjust the dosage after a few weeks, if necessary. All the best. Do let us know if you feel better.
@manno I'm sorry to hear of your anxiety I too have Fibromyalgia ,wicked disease and when I get a flare I notice my mood changes I do Tai Chi have you tried it or do it? It's not exercises as much as slow moves and using your breathing It's an effort to do with a flare or don't want to mood, but if you push yourself in the morning it can help .Even though you hurt small stretching helps gets the muscles moving I wish you the best ,
@pankaj .Thank you so much. I just feel here that Im not the only one who goes true something like this. This is so humanely helpful! I know that in 2 weeks my dosage of citalopram will be 20mg. Luckily I have a good doctor. I know I cant rely on him for the follow up. But I m also grateful having found this discussion.
@lioness. The exercices I do are kind of a mixe of yoga(realy basic) and stretching. But I think tai chi could be a good idea! Thanks
@manno Your welcome There are a lot of different instructor,s but I like Don Fiore I just finished my after lunch one in fact there,s a great one for the back
@manno I do Tai Chi and have found it does help some with the morning anxiety. @lioness and I are both doing the Tai Chi with Don Fiore. You can find him on YouTube. I don’t know how to do the website attachments. Maybe @hopeful33250 can help out again. She also uses some of his workouts.
@lioness You are truly a fan of Don!! Looks as though some of us are spreading the word. It does help in many ways I think. It does help with anxiety at times.
Thanks! I could find him easily! I'll give some news!
