Hi. Good luck with metoprolol. I had fatigue and dead/sore legs almost immediately. Dropping dose to 25 mg helped a lot. Was prescribed for atrial flutter.

This is helpful to possibly understand my fatigue. I’m on 25 mg of Metoprolol and that seems like a low dosage, compared to what you were on before being lowered to 25 mg.
