How long should I be on Orgovyx?

I’m 75, generally fit. Diagnosed in Feb. ‘26. Began Orgovyx Apr. 11. Gleason 7 4+3. Decipher .89. Cribriform pattern. Intraductal carcinoma. Cancer encapsulated. 10 radiation sessions with Varian EBRT, 13 more to go. Will follow with needle catheter brachytherapy. Tolerating meds and radiation well so far. Medical oncologist says I’m high risk and recommends 9-12 months of ADT. RO says maybe 6 months after I mentioned some mental confusion, memory hiccups. Mother had dementia, so I think about it. I would prefer not being on Orgovyx longer than 6 months, but not at the possible expense of recurrence.
