I went back to my surgeon after mine did not dissolve. I have about eight under my skin. The surgeon was not particularly helpful. He basically said didn't know and a surgical removal would not be without some risks and also it's surgery. He sent me two ultrasound and for more imaging. She was not helpful. recommended massaging already tried that that did not help. Ultimately, they said maybe go to a dermatologist. There might be some laser to penetrate, but I think I'm just stuck with them which is not great.
