Constant "pressure" at eye. MRI: sinus mucus retention cysts

MRI a few years ago reported mucous retention cysts in right maxillary sinus. A more recent MRI reported a mucous retention cyst in the right maxillary sinus and another in the right ethmoid sinus. These were rated CSD/ONCO 2 on the report. I don't know if the cysts changed (size/etc) between the MRIs.

Since about 2011 I've had a constant feeling of pressure behind/under/near my right eye. By constant I mean it never goes away, although I usually don't pay attention to it. It's annoying but livable. Eye doctors found nothing but dry eyes. Drops do not relieve sensation. Wore contacts before LASIK. Issue started years before LASIK.

Is the constant pressure sensation likely due to the cysts? How likely is this to be a false finding and it may be a tumor, polyp, etc instead? If I've had the sensation since 2011 with no noticeable worsening is it safe to say it's unlikely to cause major issues later? Is it okay to leave an unresolved cyst for this long (possibly 15 years) given the pressure feeling is the only symptom I've noticed (that I think may be related) and although irritating I can live with it? If not okay, might a rinse work to relieve pressure or should I jump straight to considering endoscopic sinus surgery?

As a dental hygienist, I see these often on panographic radiographs. All I can say is, sometimes they burst and you’ll have a giant mucus to blow from your nose. My sister had one, and when it burst she had a great relief from constant sinus pressure. I hope this helps.

As a dental hygienist, I see these often on panographic radiographs. All I can say is, sometimes they burst and you’ll have a giant mucus to blow from your nose. My sister had one, and when it burst she had a great relief from constant sinus pressure. I hope this helps.

@2thfairy That would be amazing. It's been 15 years since the pressure sensation started but I can hope. Assuming the mucus retention cyst is the cause of the sensation.
