Hi all. I saw the article on Facebook about Goat Milk as well and intrigued. I'm almost 57 with -3 score, especially lower spine (yikes). I did Reclast for 3 years (ages 54-6) and it didn't help much. My T-Score worsened in the year since. BTW, I reached full menopause at 52.
Below are some studies I thought were interesting. Clearly there is a need for more research, but it does seem plausible that Calcium and other minerals in goat milk are more readily absorbed than those in other milks and most interestingly, supplements (even calcium citrate). Please share if you find more research on goat milk/powder. I'm curious if powder truly works as well/better.

Have you considered one of the bone building/anabolic meds like forteo, tymlos or Evenity?
