Anyone have foot cramps during the night?

@barryl I'm sorry to hear that. Sleep seems to be an issue in Parkinsons and your experience sounds worse than most.

I have mostly leg cramps many nights while trying to sleep in bed. I then get up and am somewhat more comfortable sleeping in a recliner.
Sleep in general is one of my biggest problems many nights. When I wake up I often start thinking about problems I had that day or things I want to try to do the next day. I try to ignore the thoughts but it is very hard to do.
The only meds I'm on right now is Citrucel for the constipation problems and Cholestyramine for I believe diarrhea. Sounds strange to be having two completely opposite problems at the same time.
