Severe nerve pain in the C2 and C3 area of your neck
Is anyone having any success in dealing with occipital nerve pain in the C2, C3 area of your neck? If so, I would like to know what you are taking for pain and is it working. Thank you for your input!

5mg methadone at night worked for me. I felt oversedated first couple of weeks, but all good now.
For anyone who still suffers from spinal pain, please discuss LDN with your doctor. It's off label, requires a compounding pharmacy and is not covered by insurance, but I just paid $110 for a 90 day supply at a local compounding pharmacy. An online compounding pharmacy would have been only about $75 but I didn't get a new prescription in time for that. There's several ongoing studies looking at new usage. I have severe cervical spine issues, PMR and I was recently diagnosed with SMM. I'm using LDN with my prednisone tapering.

Have you tried decompression ?
I would be very interested in hearing from participants that are using LDN. Thank you!

What is decompression? Is it surgery? Physical Therapy? I haven't heard about this one.
