I had a hemorrhagic stroke because I had a meningioma which bled. I was incredibly blessed that the neurosurgeon was able to extract the meningioma and the excess blood and stop the bleeding. But although I escaped with very little long term damage, the episode almost 10 years ago left me with epilepsy, which is controllable with Keppra.
