Has anyone been diagnosed with epidural fibrosis (scar tissue)?

I've had 3 lumbar surgeries (2 microdiscectomies and an L4-L5 fusion). I have chronic pain in my right lower back, which I think is scar tissue around the spine. Has anyone had the Racz procedure (aka percutaneous Adhesiolysis), where they go in and break down the scar tissue?
